Abstract Submission

Late-breaking abstract submission

We will be re-opening for new late-breaking abstract submissions on 27 April 2026 and closing this on 17 May 2026.

This submission period will allow for the submission of truly late-breaking, novel and high-impact scientific research for which results were not available at the time of the original submission deadline (Tuesday, 24 March 2026, 23:59 CET). Late-breaking abstracts should present data, which is high impact, innovative, and newsworthy.

Please note that

  1. this must not be treated as an extension to the original abstract deadline.
  2. Abstracts accepted for the late breaking sessions will not be included in the published abstract book for the Meeting.
  3. There are only a small number of Oral Communication and Rapid Communication sessions for late breaking submissions, and these will be given to papers which are truly the latest, novel, high-impact research.

You will not be able to submit a previously started draft or placeholder submission, but you will be able to start a new submission.

General information about abstract submission can be found here:

Please be advised to carefully read our Sanctions Policy regarding the participation in our Meeting.

The regular abstract submission has now closed.
You will be notified of acceptance or rejection by beginning of June 2026.

Accepted abstracts are presented as Oral Communications, Rapid Communication, Physical Poster OR ePoster presentation.

Abstracts will be published in the journal Hormone Research in Paediatrics by S. Karger AG, a fully online and citable record of all the accepted and presented abstracts during the Meeting and will also be available online via the Meeting platform.

Its aim is to inspire early-career scientists and clinicians to explore this vital specialty. With increasing emphasis on early career specialisation, it’s more important than ever to provide exposure to paediatric endocrinology during formative training years.

This award is open to all undergraduates, medical and non-medical, and is awarded for scientific achievement in the specific field of paediatric endocrinology.

Recipients will be awarded a free registration to ESPE 2026 and a grant of €750 shall be provided to support travel and accommodation.
