Privacy
If your ePoster includes sensitive data, please remove this before you upload your ePoster to the M Events system. Your ePoster will be available to registered participants of the ESPE 2026 Meeting during the live event days, and On Demand post-Meeting.
Preparing your ePoster
- Only ePosters in PDF format can be accepted onto the platform.
- All ePosters should have one page only and should be in PORTRAIT orientation.
- To ensure the best quality of your ePoster, we recommend that the .pdf file has the size of an A0 sheet (841mm x 1189mm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches).
- In case you are using Photoshop to create your ePoster, you can also see its resolution, which should be a minimum of 200dpi.
- External URLs are not permitted. Hyperlinks, videos, animated images (GIFs), or any other animations are not allowed and cannot be displayed. You can insert QR codes into your ePoster if you would like to.
- Please keep the PDF file size as low as possible in order to successfully upload onto the system (for example, by not using extremely high-quality images).
- Disclosure / Conflict of Interest Statement: Any indication of industry or sponsor involvement should be placed in the footer.
The deadline for uploading your ePoster is Friday, 4 September 2026 at 18:00 CEST
Please note: Only the presenting author is able to upload the poster.
ePosters attached to emails cannot be processed.
