AIFA accreditation for pharmaceutical companies
The 64th Annual ESPE Meeting 2026 has appointed Fargo International to collect and present all applications for pharmaceutical companies with the Italian Medicines Agency in complicance with the instructions given by its Legislative Order nr. 219/2009 Art. 124§ 2. Please contact:

Companies that do not produce or market drugs, but only medical devices or food supplements, do not need to obtain AIFA authorisation.
Catering/Lunch Stations
A light lunch is available for all registered Meeting participants on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibition Area free of charge at the delegate lunch stations.
Water dispenser will be distributed throughout the entire meeting venue.
Certificate of participation/attendance:
The ESPE 2026 certificate of participation will be available after the Meeting for download on the Meeting platform:
• from Thursday, 10 September, 12:00 (CEST)
• Issued to eligible participants with recorded attendance during the congress.
Children and Minors – Important Information
The ESPE 2026 is a medical, scientific and a professional event for healthcare professionals and authorized industry representatives only.
For compliance reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the Industry Exhibition or industry-sponsored activities.

Cloakroom:
There is a cloakroom (free of charge) located in the registration area in the Palais des Congrès building.
CME credits:
Make sure to use the Meeting App to claim your CME credits. CME credits can only be obtained through the Meeting App by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen at the entrance of each session hall.
Please note: Attendance is tracked on a session-bysession basis. Therefore, please ensure that you scan the QR code each time you enter a new session.
The Meeting has been accredited by the EACCME® with a maximum of 17.5 credits.

Make sure to use the Meeting App to credit your CME points. CME credits can only be claimed through the Meeting App!

The are NO physical meeting bags offered. Delegates are encouraged to use the meeting eBag.
ESPE Booth:
The Association Booth can be found within the exhibition in Palais des Événements.
ePosters & (e)Poster Area:
The poster exhibition is located on the garden level of the Palais des Congrès. Here all physical posters will be shown and delegates can access the ePoster terminals. The poster exhibition will be open for the duration of the meeting.

The official language of the Meeting is English. There is no simultaneous translation service provided.

PosterSessionOnline has been appointed as the official printing service by the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE). With PosterSessionOnline, you can effortlessly prepare, print, and have your poster delivered directly to the venue for 82€ + VAT. This means no need to carry it to Marseille – simply collect your poster at the Meeting.

Smoking:
The entire congress is a non-smoking congress (inside halls and buildings).
Water fountaines:
Bring your own water bottle to the ESPE 2026 and tape your water from the several water fountaines through the Congress venue.

Delegate insurance
If you cause damage to third parties and property you will be liable for this. Please consider taking out valid, comprehensive third-party liability insurance.
The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) is working with all venues being used for the 2026 Meeting in Marseille, France, to ensure that they are working to the highest standards of hygiene compliance based on the local France regulations and that all necessary sanitation and hygiene precautions are made.
Delegates/group leaders are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance for their Group. This includes the provision and completion of all necessary documentation for travel which must be in place at the time of travel to and from Marseille, France.
Delegates are personally responsible for all mandatory travel requirements for travel to and from France and for the duration of the ESPE Meeting 2026 (Tuesday, September 8 to Thursday, September 10). We recommend obtaining travel insurance for your trip and reviewing all accommodation and travel Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) before booking. The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) will not cover or be responsible or liable for any costs that may be incurred by any attendees to the ESPE Meeting 2026 for travel related costs or insurance costs.
Please note: The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) will not cover or be responsible for any losses or costs associated with accommodation or travel to the ESPE Meeting 2026. Accommodation and travel costs are the sole responsibility of delegates, The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) is unable to refund pre-booked accommodation and travel costs and this will be at the discretion of individual hotels and providers.

At the ESPE Meeting 2026 ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data is paramount. In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we want to inform you about the badge scanning processes we have in place during the event. There are two primary purposes for badge scanning:
CME Certification Collection
To facilitate the issuance of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits and certificates, we will scan your badge at the entrance of certified sessions. This process is essential for tracking attendance and ensuring you receive credit for participating in educational activities. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of verifying attendance and issuing certificates. Please note that CME points are not offered at industry sponsored sessions.
Commercial Exhibition/Industry Sponsored Session Attendance
Exhibitors within the commercial exhibition hall and sponsors of satellite symposia may request to scan your badge. In this case, by agreeing to have your badge scanned, you are agreeing to share your name, email address and country information directly with the sponsor/exhibitor. This information can be used by the sponsor/exhibitor to send further details or follow-up information after the Meeting. Please note that scanning by company representatives or agencies is optional and subject to your consent.
Move from hybrid to fully virtual
In the unlikely event that we have to move from hybrid to fully virtual for the ESPE Meeting 2026 we will exchange in-person tickets for an @Home ticket, giving you access to live streamed sessions and session recordings for six months. Please check your travel and accommodation terms and conditions, along with your travel insurance policy, in the unlikely event that The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) has to cancel the Meeting entirely or your participation in France.
Your Consent
For CME Certification Collection, scanning is mandatory to receive certification. By attending these sessions, you agree to have your badge scanned for this purpose.
For industry sessions and commercial exhibition, badge scanning is entirely voluntary. You will be asked for your consent before your badge is scanned, ensuring you have control over the sharing of your contact information.
