Registration for ESPE 2026
Kindly note:
To register for ESPE 2026, you will first need to create an account on the system, or log in if you have used the system before.
If you are an ESPE member, please ensure that you use the email address associated with your ESPE Membership when creating your account. If you cannot remember this email address, please contact the Membership team at membershipESPE@eurospe.org.
If your membership number does not work and has 00 at the start, please remove the 00 and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact the Membership team at membershipESPE@eurospe.org.
If you are having issues accessing the platform, please try using a different browser. We suggest using Google Chrome (PCs) or Safari (Macs).

In Person Registration
Your registration fee includes:
- access to all scientific sessions, poster area and commercial exhibition
- on-demand access of selected sessions (all scientific sessions; no industry sessions, only if industry companies booked this feature)
- a light lunch per day and refreshment breaks during the meeting
- conference documents (programme booklet, abstract publication, name badge)
- entrance to the ESPE Networking Reception taking place on 8 September 2026
- certificate of attendance and CME certificate
- Registration does not include accommodation or tickets to any social events (apart from the Welcome Reception)
ESPE@Home Registration
Your registration fee includes:
- Access to all selected live-streamed talks (Opening Ceremony, all Plenary Sessions (1-8), all ESPE Awards Sessions (1-4) and Awards and Closing Ceremony)
- The opportunity to ask questions through the Meeting platform which will be answered live
- Access to ESPE Meeting On Demand platform with all ESPE 2026 selected content available for 6 months post Meeting (all scientific sessions; no industry sessions, only if industry companies booked this feature)
- Access to the online Abstracts
Children and Minors – Important Information
The ESPE 2026 is a medical/scientific and a professional event for healthcare professionals and authorized industry representatives only.
For compliance reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the Industry Exhibition or industry-sponsored activities.
