Important details
- Rapid Sessions will take place physically in Marseille and will be available on demand in the Meeting platform. Please note that presentations can only be given in-person and virtual presentations are not accepted.
- Presentation time: 3 minutes + 2 minutes for questions.
It is important that you adhere strictly to the time scheduled for your talk. - The abstract code above is your definitive abstract number, under which your abstract will be published in the journal Hormone Research in Paediatrics and the Meeting platform.
Prepare your Presentation Slides
- Only Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt or *pptx) presentations will be accepted.
- Please include a title and disclosure slide at the beginning of your presentation. A template can be found under the following link: Template
- If you are using videos please make sure they are embedded within your presentation. Please remember to upload your video files separately if you are using PowerPoint 2007 or older versions, as these versions do not allow the embedding of videos.
- Hyperlinks to external websites will not work and should not be included in your presentation slides.
Preparing your Poster:
- Poster size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches)
- Portrait orientation
- Please include the following information:
- final abstract code
- abstract title
- conflicts of interest
- authors, affiliations
- You can insert QR codes into your Poster if you would like to
- Fixing material will be provided

Poster printing
PosterSessionOnline has been appointed as the official printing service of ESPE 2026.
With PosterSessionOnline, you can effortlessly prepare, print, and have your poster delivered directly to the venue for 82€ + VAT. This means no need to carry it to Marseille – simply collect your poster at the meeting: customer@postersessiononline.eu
Preparing your ePoster:
- Only ePosters in PDF format can be accepted onto the platform.
- All ePosters should have one page only and should be in PORTRAIT orientation.
- To ensure the best quality of your ePoster, we recommend that the .pdf file has the size of an A0 sheet (841mm x 1189mm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches).
- In case you are using Photoshop to create your ePoster, you can also see its resolution, which should be a minimum of 200dpi.
- Hyperlinks, animated images and animations are not permitted for ePosters and will not function.
- You can insert QR codes into your ePoster if you would like to.
- Please keep the PDF file size as low as possible in order to successfully upload onto the system (for example, by not using extremely high-quality images).
