Fees and Deadlines

*The reduced concession registration rate is available for: Participants applying for the Concession Fee for the ESPE 2026 meeting must be ESPE Members who are Nurses, Allied Health Care Professionals, Fellows in Training, Basic Scientists in Training, retired ESPE Member or from middle or low income countries as defined by the World Bank (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519#High_income).
The Concessionary fee will not apply if the registration fee is being paid by industry. The Concessionary fee will only apply if the registration fee is being paid by the participant or an institution.

Kindly note:
– Payment will be required at the time of registration. Registration confirmation and joining instructions will be sent to all participants via email after receipt of registration and payment. Please note ESPE Members must be renewed for 2026.
– All delegates who have registered for the Meeting either in person or @Home only, will benefit from access to all session recordings on demand for six months post Meeting, via the Meeting platform.
– Please be advised to carefully read our Sanctions Policy regarding the participation in our Meeting.
